How does pricing work?

Quriso is priced per student, per year, on an annual contract, with the modules you switch on. It typically comes in around 20% below what a school currently spends, with no hidden or per-module charges — hosting, maintenance, support, setup, migration and a school website are bundled in. The on-campus NxR robotics lab is priced separately. After a short discovery call we share a detailed quote for your campus.

How is Quriso different from a regular school ERP?

Most vendors sell either school-management software or a robotics lab. Quriso brings both together under one accountable vendor — daily operations and governance plus an on-campus AI and robotics lab — with hosting, support, migration and a school website managed for you. Fewer suppliers, one contract, one team.

How long until we're live?

Most schools go live in 5 to 7 working days from your existing Excel records, delivered fully set up — your structure, roles and modules in place from day one. If your data is locked inside an older system that needs manual extraction, we scope that custom work with you first, then complete it, whatever it takes.

Will you set it up for us, or do we configure it ourselves?

We set it up for you. Quriso arrives fully configured and ready to use, with your school structure, user roles and modules already in place — not a blank system your staff have to build. One-time setup, configuration and data migration are included from day one.

What training and support do you provide?

Day-one onboarding for admin staff and role-specific training for principals, coordinators and teachers, plus an extensive user manual and how-to video library. Support runs Monday to Saturday by call, email and chat — most issues are resolved the same day and anything urgent within 24 to 48 hours. A dedicated operator can also be deputed at the school's cost.

Will parents and teachers find it easy to use?

Yes. Parents get their own simple app, and teachers pick it up quickly with the built-in manuals and videos. Quriso runs on everyday phones and modest internet connections, so it works across your whole community without special devices.

Are you aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and IB frameworks?

Yes. The platform supports CBSE assessment patterns, ICSE term structures, and IB grade boundaries out of the box. Report card formats, attendance norms, and parent communication templates ship preconfigured for each board. NxR Labs is independently certified under the AICRA programme supported by the Ministry of Electronics and IT.

Can Quriso handle our compliance and statutory reporting?

Yes. Quriso supports CBSE registration and LC and TC formats, DoE and EWS reporting customised to your needs, and records APAAR and PEN IDs against each child. Report formats and attendance norms ship preconfigured, so statutory filing is built into daily operations rather than a separate scramble.

Is the platform DPDP Act compliant, and where does our data live?

Yes. Quriso operates as a data processor on behalf of the school. Student data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on Indian-region servers, and role-gated with full audit logs. You own your data and can export everything at any time. We sign the standard processor agreement aligned to the DPDP Act 2023, with comprehensive DPDP Safeguards available separately.

Who owns the data, and what if we want to leave?

Your school owns its data. Quriso is the processor. We provide full data export in standard formats at any time during the engagement and at contract termination. Our terms include explicit data portability and a 90 day post termination retention window for transition. No vendor lock in clauses.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. There are no hidden or per-module charges — Quriso is one platform, priced per student and set out in your proposal. Cloud hosting, periodic backups, maintenance and updates, technical support, one-time setup and data migration, and a school website are all included from day one.

Do you build our school website too?

Yes — a school website is included free and is easy for your team to update. Routine maintenance is covered in the contract, and frequent hands-on updates by us (or a team we train) are available. Optional managed website maintenance is ₹5,000 a month and upgrades you to premium support.

Can we track students or buses?

Yes, as add-ons: per-child and per-bus GPS tracking, plus an optional live in-class camera that is visible only to that class's parents. These are switched on only if your school wants them.

What hardware do we need for the on campus labs?

The lab setup is provided by us in partnership with Abira Automation. Your school allocates a classroom or lab space with basic power and network, plus student desks. We supply robotics kits, AI lab equipment, lesson materials, and the trainer. Schools that already have a robotics setup can plug into our curriculum without replacing hardware.

Can Quriso integrate with our existing tools?

Quriso integrates with Tally ERP for accounts, biometric attendance devices, SMS gateways, and the major Indian payment infrastructures. Webhooks and a configuration led integration layer mean most schools do not need custom development. Integration setup is included in the standard implementation scope.

What's on the Quriso roadmap?

Quriso is moving to a dynamic, AI-powered backend built with Claude and OpenAI, including voice- and chatbot-powered automation for routine school tasks. New features and school-specific custom requests are adopted quickly rather than waiting for annual releases.

What is the Founding Schools programme?

Our first ten partner schools lock in 20% off for three to five years. Keeping the founding cohort small helps us establish in Delhi, so the budget we would otherwise spend on marketing goes to those schools instead — as a lower price and closer support.

Where is Quriso available?

Quriso serves schools across India, with our first Founding Schools cohort going live across Delhi NCR in 2026. Onboarding is remote-first, so schools beyond Delhi can start quickly too.
